Mathieu Luinaud

Mathieu Luinaud is a Senior Associate within PwC's Space Practice. An economist and lawyer by training, he has worked both in the upstream and downstream segments of the space industry working on socio-economic impact assessments, business plan developments and policy design for both public space agencies and private players. He is a member of the French Association for Air & Space Law and a senior lecturer in economics at Sciences Po Paris.
