Marta works for ATR as Market Strategy Director to understand current and future market trends to ensure ATR’s aircraft competitiveness and leadership within the regional aviation segment. 

She performs extensive research on the regional aviation market and provides advice to airline customers in network optimization, new route openings, route profitability and commercial topics.

Marta has been working in the aviation industry for 15 years. Prior to working at ATR, she held a leadership position in Marketing at Bombardier. She started her career in fleet planning at Iberia, moving to IAG in the post merger integration of British Airways and Iberia and leading the commercial insights for IAG Cargo.

Marta holds a BSc. and MSc. in aeronautical engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, as well as international management studies from Royal Holloway University.
