Sarah a rejoint le Groupe ADF en 2022 pour diriger la mission Culture & Capital Humain. Avec plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans des entreprises multinationales de l’ingénierie et de la construction, elle est rompue aux chantiers stratégiques RH. Son domaine de prédilection : la prise en compte des différences culturelles et structurelles qu’imposent les sociétés internationales en expansion. Sa connaissance des univers orientés sur la performance humaine constitue un atout indispensable dans la conduite de cette super direction RH voulue par le Groupe ADF. Son principal enjeu : soutenir l’expansion globale d’une offre dans un environnement où la majorité des compétences concernées se trouvent en tension. D’origine Britannique, Sarah est diplômée de Sciences Politiques à l’Université de Sunderland et d’un MBA de l’Institut d’Administration des Entreprises.

Sarah joined Groupe ADF in 2022 to lead Culture and Human Capital. With over 20 years of experience in American and Danish multinational building and engineering firms, she is well healed in strategic HR projects. Her area of expertise: taking into account the cultural and structural differences imposed by expanding international companies. Her knowledge of human performance-oriented worlds is an indispensable asset in the management of this super HR directorship desired by Groupe ADF. Her main challenge: to support the global expansion of a commercial offer where the majority of skills concerned are in high demand. British by birth, Sarah holds a BA Honours degree in Political Science from the University of Sunderland and an Executive MBA from the Insitut d’Administration des Entreprises.
