Diplômée d'un troisième cycle en Ressources Humaines - Droit, j'ai initié mon parcours professionnel dans l'industrie automobile en occupant pendant 10 ans différentes fonctions en relation avec la gestion des Compétences, l'Emploi, la Gestion de carrière et des fonctions de HR Business Partner sur des organisations Ingénierie et Production principalement. J'ai ensuite évolué, bientôt 10 ans..., vers le monde Aéronautique, STELIA Aerospace puis Airbus Atlantic, sur des responsabilités en relation avec la Gestion de l'Emploi, de la Formation et des Compétences.

Graduated with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources - Law, I began my professional career in the automotive industry by occupying for 10 years various functions related to the management of skills, employment, career management and of HR Business Partner on Engineering and Production organizations mainly.I then evolved towards the Aeronautics world, STELIA Aerospace then Airbus Atlantic, on responsibilities related to the Management of Employment, Training and Skills.
