Senior Manager Supplier Development and Diversity

 

Kellie Lish is the Senior Manager for Supplier Development and Diversity in the Boeing Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations organization. In this role, she is responsible for preparing current and potential Boeing suppliers for success through international engagements, streamlined onboarding processes, supplier training and mentoring, special projects and strategic alignment to company sourcing strategies.

She has held a variety of positions in her 20-plus years with Boeing, progressively expanding her knowledge within the supply chain and across the Boeing Company. Prior to leading Supplier Development and Diversity, she was in Supply Chain Strategy where she led the integration of Partnering for Success, functional excellence through supplier relations, and special projects. She also held positions in Business Operations where she managed daily operations and strategic projects companywide for the Supplier Management Functional Leadership Team, Engineering, Operations, and Technology Organization, and the Global Sourcing Initiative.

Kellie holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Business Administration and Project Management.
