Damien Guillon a travaillé 4 ans pour le centre de recherche d’Airbus avant de rejoindre le CETIM en 2009. Maintenant expert référent du pôle ingénierie polymère et composite, il y a occupé les fonctions de responsable laboratoire, de référent conception et pris en charge le développement de procédés grandes cadences pour l’automobile.

Antonella Keller

Spécialiste aéronautique Programme « Foreign Direct Investment » / Foreign Direct Investment Programme – Aerospace SpecialistInvitalia

 

Antonella Keller is an aerospace analyst in the Invitalia team devoted to the Foreign Direct Investment Programme financed by Italian Ministry of Economic Development.

Graduated in Environmental Engineering, with a master’s degree in International Cooperation and Project Design, she started her career as a geographical information system and territorial marketing specialist.

She has been working in Invitalia (the National Agency for Inward Investment and Economic Development) since 2001, where she has been involved in various development projects and where she has gained a 7 year experience in foreign investments attraction activities. Since 2018 she is collaborating to the InvestinItaly Initiative.

Marie Heurtel

Analyste de la valeur R&T / Agile Scrum Master, Latécoère

 

 

Marie Heurtel, Analyste de la valeur pour les projets de R&T et d'innovation.

Elle a obtenu un diplôme d'ingénieur mécanique à l'UTC (Compiègne) en 2006.

Elle commença sa carrière chez TOTAL et rapidement elle rejoignit le secteur aéronautique en 2007.

Elle a travaillé 6 ans pour Airbus sur les disciplines de l'ingénierie des systèmes, en particulier sur l'analyse fonctionnelle, puis pour le département Costing.

Fin 2012, elle rejoint Latécoère pour développer les Méthodes & Outils au sein du département Costing.

Depuis 2017, elle est responsable de l'estimation de la valeur associée aux projets de R&T, pour les branches Aérostructure et Interconnexion. Aussi, elle occupe le rôle de Scrum Master au sein du 1er projet de produit Hardware développé à l’aide des méthodes Agiles.

Marie Heurtel considère que la mise en avant des personnes contribue largement au développement de produits compétitifs, innovants et de grande valeur.

She obtained a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the UTC of Compiègne in 2006.
She started her career working at TOTAL, and quickly joined the aeronautic sector in 2007.
She has been working for 6 years for Airbus on Systems Engineering disciplines, especially on functional analysis and then she worked for the Costing department.
End of 2012, she joined Latécoère to develop the Method & Tools within the Costing department.
Since 2017, she is responsible for estimating the value associated to each R&T project all along the product lifecycle, for both Aerostructure and Interconnection branches. In addition, she takes on the role of Scrum Master within the first hardware project led in Agile.

Marie Heurtel promotes that people focus mindset contributes to development of competitive, innovative and high-value products.

Stefano Nigro

Directeur du Département “Foreign Direct Investment” / Director of the Foreign Direct Investment Department, ITA Agency

 

Stefano Nigro is the Director of the Foreign Direct Investment Department at ITA Agency. ITA acts on behalf of the Italian Government to promote FDI to Italy and to support foreign investors.

He has over 12 years’ experience in investment promotion: before joining ITA, he was the head of the Investment Promotion Department of the Lombardy Region, the main business area in Italy, accounting for 20% of the Italian GDP and hosting more than 60% of foreign companies in the Country. He was previously involved in Strategy & operation consultancy. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Warwick University.

Patrick Vergnot

Responsable Programme R&T / Agile Product Owner, Latécoère

 

Patrick Vergnot est responsable programme au sein du service innovation de LATECOERE. Il est responsable de la mise en place et du suivi des programmes d’innovation portes pour la branche Aérostructure.

Patrick Vergnot est un ingénieur mécanique diplômé de L’ENIT à Tarbes, en France.

Il débute sa carrière en tant qu’ingénieur conception au sein de la société ECM en 2001. Détaché en mission auprès de Latecoere, il rejoint définitivement la direction technique de cette même société en 2005 en tant que responsable des équipements sous qualification.

En 2010 il rejoint le service porte de la direction technique en tant que responsable projet et participe à différents programmes de portes passagers avant d’être détaché en 2015 au département innovation en tant qu’architecte porte.

Depuis 2017, il est responsable de programmes R&T et il s’occupe notamment du 1er projet de produit Hardware développé à l’aide des méthodes Agiles chez Latecoere, projet pour lequel il a pris le rôle de product owner.

Patrick Vergnot considère que la confiance et la transparence sont au cœur de la réussite d’un projet.

 


 

Patrick Vergnot is program manager for LATECOERE innovation department. He is in charge of set up and manage innovation door programs for Aerostructures branch.

Patrick Vergnot is a mechanical engineer degree from ENIT in Tarbes, France.

He started his career as design engineer within ECM company in 2001. In mission for LATECOERE, he joined definitively the technical direction of this company in 2005 and toke the responsibility of equipment under qualification.

In 2010, he became project manager for door department of technical direction and toke part of some passenger doors programs before to join in 2015 innovation department in the role of door architect.

Since 2017, he is responsible of programs at the R&T and led particularly the first hardware project developed in Agile in LATECOERE, project where he takes the role of product owner.

Patrick Vergnot considers trust and transparency are core of successfully project.
