Frederic Lecha
Purchasing Vice President
After engineering master degree, Fred started to work for an american automotive OEM where he assumed various positions (lean, quality, methods, logistics) in different countries (France and UK).
In 2004, he joined Latecoere Group as Business Manager in charge of various customers (Embraer, Airbus,…) and in 2007, he is expatriated to manage the Latecoere brazilian subsidiary.
For the last 2 years, Fred has been assuming the Purchasing VP position for the Aerostructure division.
