Raphael Duflos
Directeur des Achats et de la Supply Chain


 

Raphaël DUFLOS, 48 ans, est directeur des achats et de la supply chain d’Aerolia, équipementier aéronautique de rang 1 et leader européen des aérostructures. Depuis son arrivée en 2009, à la création de l’entreprise, M. DUFLOS et ses équipes ont accompagné la forte croissance de l’entreprise, le budget achats passant de 500M d’euros à presque 900 millions d’euros, 5 ans plus tard. 
 
Après avoir obtenu son diplôme d’ingénieur entre la France et le Royaume-Uni (Ecole Centrale de Lyon puis à Télécom Paris), M. DUFLOS a commencé sa carrière en 1989 à Aerospatial Central (aujourd’hui MBDA) comme ingénieur d’études puis en tant que négociateur de contrat de collaboration. C’est en 1995, qu’il rejoint Airbus pour occuper divers rôles programme autour du partage des coûts entre partenaires. Après le lancement de l’A380 et la création du groupe EADS, M. DUFLOS est reparti à l’étranger, à Munich, pour continuer à mener des réflexions sur la politique globale d’achats d’EADS. En juin 2004, il  rejoint EADS Socata en qualité de responsable des achats où il  devient membre du comité de direction. Fort de son expérience, il rejoint en  2007 Astrium pour développer dans le secteur aérospatial les mêmes solutions novatrices dans le domaine de la supply chain spatiale. 
 
Dans sa carrière, M. DUFLOS privilégie une vision de coût global d’acquisition en mettant en avant une démarche d’accompagnement et de développement des fournisseurs afin de rester toujours plus compétitif face aux enjeux du marché.

Martin Hamel
Director, MACH Initiative


 


Martin Hamel has joined Aéro Montréal, Quebec's aerospace cluster, in 2010 to manage the Supply chain working group and spearhead the MACH Initiative, a program for accelerating Quebec's supply chain competitiveness and performance. Later on, he took additional responsibilities as director of the Commercialization and Markets Development working group. He is now in charge of operations and development of the MACH Initiative.


Mr. Hamel has more than 20 years experience in operations performance improvement, business strategy and management consulting. He holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and is a certified PMP from the Project Management Institute. During his career, he has held various management positions related to operations, product development, positioning and marketing. He has also consulted in various sectors including aerospace, IT, new media, industrial products and technologies.

Miguel A. Castillo Acero
Vice President Technology Development


 
Miguel is Master Aerospace Engineer in ETSIA, UPM, Madrid Spain (1990).
 
He coursed Post- graduate studies in Science and Technology Management in U. Carlos III, Madrid, Spain (1992). 
 
Miguel has performed a continuous 25 years career, starting as aerospace structures engineer in C.A.S.A. (1989, Getafe, Spain), Boeing (1996, Seattle, USA) and Hispano Suiza (1999, Le Havre, France).
 
Then, he joined Aernnova, 2000, former Gamesa, holding several Technical, Project Management and Senior Direction positions.

André Benhamou
President


 
 
 
André Benhamou is President of AB Business Industriel (ABBI) a consulting firm in Strategy and Management. 
 
His previous position until June 2014 was Managing Director and Chief Technical Officer “Air Systems” of Liebherr Aerospace & Transportation SAS. 
 
Before from 1998 to 2011 he was Managing Director then President of Liebherr Aerospace Toulouse SAS. 
 
Andre Benhamou started his career as an expert in digital controllers and moved progressively to system engineering for various aerospace applications. 
 
He holds an engineer diploma from ENSEA (electronics and biomedical electronics) and a master degree in IT and data management from University of Orsay. 
 
In parallel he is member of the supervisory board of Aerospace Valley, President of TOMPASSE association, President of the “Club d’Analyse Economique” of the Regional Council in Midi-Pyrénées Region , Vice president of UIMM Midi-Pyrénées Region and he is French Foreign Trade Advisor.
